At Hijabi Boutique, your satisfaction is our highest priority. We take great pride in the quality of every piece we offer, and we want you to feel completely confident in every purchase you make with us. If for any reason you are not fully satisfied, we are here to help.
1. Returns
We accept returns on eligible items within 14 days of the delivery date.
To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following conditions:
- The item must be unworn, unwashed, and unaltered
- All original tags must be attached and intact
- The item must be in its original packaging
- The item must be free from perfume, odour, makeup, or any stains
- A proof of purchase (order confirmation email or order number) must be provided
2. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return or exchange:
- Items marked as Final Sale or Non-Returnable at the time of purchase
- Hijabs and headscarves (for hygiene reasons)
- Prayer wear (for hygiene reasons)
- Items that have been worn, washed, altered, or damaged after delivery
- Items returned after the 14-day return window
- Gift cards
3. Exchanges
We gladly offer exchanges for a different size or colour of the same item, subject to availability.
To request an exchange:
- Contact us at support@hijabiboutique.com within 14 days of delivery
- Include your order number and the reason for the exchange
- We will confirm availability and provide return instructions
- Once we receive and inspect your returned item, your exchange order will be dispatched within 3–5 business days
If your preferred size or colour is unavailable, we will issue a store credit valid for 12 months.
4. Refunds
Once we receive your returned item and it passes our quality inspection, we will process your refund within 5–7 business days.
Refunds will be issued to your original payment method:
- Credit/Debit Card — 5–7 business days to appear on your statement
- Shop Pay / Apple Pay / Google Pay — 3–5 business days
- PayPal — 3–5 business days
Please note: Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (wrong item sent, damaged item, or defective product).
5. Damaged or Incorrect Items
We sincerely apologise if you received a damaged, defective, or incorrect item. This is not the standard we hold ourselves to.
If this happens:
- Contact us at support@hijabiboutique.com within 48 hours of delivery
- Include your order number and clear photos of the damaged or incorrect item
- We will arrange a free return, full refund, or replacement at no additional cost to you
We will cover all return shipping costs in this case.
6. How to Start a Return
To initiate a return or exchange, please follow these steps:
- Email us at support@hijabiboutique.com with:
- Your order number
- The item(s) you wish to return
- The reason for your return
- Whether you prefer a refund or exchange
- Our team will respond within 24–48 business hours with your return authorisation and instructions
- Securely pack your item(s) and ship them to the return address provided
- Once received and inspected, your refund or exchange will be processed promptly
Important: Please do not send items back without first contacting us. Unauthorised returns may not be accepted.
7. Return Shipping Costs
- Customer-initiated returns — return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer
- Damaged, defective, or incorrect items — Hijabi Boutique will cover all return shipping costs
- We recommend using a tracked shipping service for your return, as we cannot be responsible for items lost in transit
8. Sale Items
Items purchased during a promotional sale are eligible for exchange or store credit only. Sale items are not eligible for cash refunds unless they arrive damaged or defective.
9. Store Credit
Store credit is issued as a digital gift card valid for 12 months from the date of issue. Store credit is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash.
